Nelary automates Instagram comments, story replies and DM conversations using Meta’s official API. On Pro and Max, the AI Agent in DMs follows the account owner’s instructions.

On Connect, choose your Instagram business or creator account and complete Meta’s official authorization. Approve the permissions required for the features you want to use. Never share your password with Nelary.

Create a flow and choose the connected account and interaction type: Posts/Reels, Stories, Lives or Direct AI. Configure the trigger and the blocks available for that flow type. Facebook and Threads are not yet publicly available.

Set keywords and, where available, the posts to monitor. In Direct AI, the keyword starts a conversation; subsequent messages keep context within Meta’s 24-hour window. Set instructions in the Reply block and use Improve with AI to structure your draft, reviewing before saving.

Comment flows can use saved or AI replies, a link button and lead capture where available. Direct AI follows instructions without traditional button or form blocks. Conversational capture requests confirmation before saving; when a human takes over, AI pauses only that conversation for 24 hours.

Use the "Active" toggle in the editor. The Dashboard shows sends, clicks and leads in realtime with a period filter (Today, Yesterday, Week, Year, All, Custom) and a country ranking with flags from link clicks. Export leads as CSV or PDF on the Leads page.

Automated DM conversations respect the 24-hour window after the user’s last interaction. An initial private reply to a comment has separate Meta rules and does not allow unlimited messages for 7 days. Free includes 1 account, 1 flow and 5 total test messages. Pro supports 1 account; Max supports up to 3.

You can pause flows, disconnect accounts anytime, enable 2FA in Settings, export or delete your data per LGPD/GDPR/CCPA. On webhook errors, use "Resync webhooks" on the Connect page.
